• Do you offer warranties on your furniture?
Once your items are delivered, ziendo.com provides a six (6) months warranty to the original purchaser and delivery address. Under conditions of normal usage, we will conduct repairs on any defect in workmanship at no charge during the six (6) months period from the date of possession of the original purchase.
This warranty is void if the merchandise suffers damage caused by abuse, negligence, accident, was relocated, repaired or tampered with, or used for commercial purposes. We do not guarantee fabrics against wear, fading, color fastness, or any damage that occurs during the cleaning process.
• WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DELIVERED MERCHANDISE HAS SOME MISSING PARTS?
Our customers are entitled to get whole unit of what they ordered from our website. However in the unlikely event that some components are missing. You are expected to lay complaints to our delivery teams on site, and then we will either replace the missing part or the whole unit at no cost to you.
• WILL I BE ALLOWED TO CONFIRM THE COLOUR AND MATERIAL OF THE ITEM DELIVERED BEFORE IT IS ASSEMBLED?
Yes, though we try our best by giving a detailed description of each of the products on display on our website. Such as the color, dimension, materials, etc.
Our delivery team which includes the technicians has it as a point of duty, to open the item and show the customer the material and color of the items before he can start assembling them.
It is therefore, very important that the actual customer who placed the order be present to inspect the item and sign the delivery document. We understand that some deliveries may be rush but please ensure to take the time to thoroughly inspect the item and packaging prior to signing the delivery document
