PLACING YOUR ORDER
When you place your Order, we will issue you with an Order Number. We will do this by email. By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected based on these Terms and Condition. This email does not guarantee that the product(s) you have ordered is/are available and our acceptance of your order is not a legally binding obligation to fulfill your order. Your order represents an offer to purchase, which we accept when we dispatch your product(s) and send you an email letting you know that your product(s) has/have been dispatched.
In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable, we will contact you by email as soon as possible to let you know. You may choose to have a credit to your account or a refund to the value of the unavailable product.
PRICES AND PAYMENT METHOD
Ziendo.com always seeks to list Products with the most competitive prices. We reserve the right to change prices for Products displayed at ziendo.com at any time before you place an Order. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details.
Fraud checks may be conducted on our orders. This involves checks on details provided during the order process including the address details. This may involve your details being passed to a 3rd party fraud checking company. On occasion we may ask for additional information in order to process your order. We will conduct this process as quickly as possible however on occasion dispatch of goods may be delayed.
DELIVERY OF YOUR PRODUCTS
Our standard delivery period is 1 -5 working days. We try our best to deliver your Product according to the estimated delivery times. Although every effort is made to deliver your Order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. Where delivery is by our courier service and no-one is available to take delivery, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time and date for re-delivery. We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your Products to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your Order Confirmation; however, we cannot guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.
“COUPONS”
Ziendo.com in its absolute discretion may from time to time provide discount Coupons to existing and/or new customers. Coupons can only be used towards the payment of Products on our website.
Coupons can only be used in accordance with the Terms and Conditions under which the Coupons are issued. Any Terms and Conditions governing the use of a coupon will accompany that Coupon.
OUR LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law:

WARRANTIES
Unlike most online furniture retailers, we are able to offer you a genuine warranty on all our products. A six (6) months warranty is offered on all products. Please contact our sales or customer service team for further information on individual products. All products are warranted against manufacturing defects, except for all moving parts (mechanisms, castors, drawers) and seating upholstery which are subject to usage related wear and tear. Ziendo.com reserves the right not to apply the warranty in cases of inappropriate use or when the product has been tampered with by a third party or interventions by non-authorized personnel.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to cancel, delay, refuse to ship, or recall from the shipper any order if fraud is suspected. In the event these Terms & Conditions or your membership or account are terminated the restrictions regarding intellectual property matters, the representations and warranties, indemnities, and limitations of liabilities set forth herein (as well as any other of your obligations which by their nature should survive termination) will survive termination.
