DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY?

We take great pride in the quality of our products we display on our website. We put extra effort in making sure that the customer is well informed about the product he/she wants to purchase. However, if for any reason, the customer changed mind with his purchase, he/she should notify the delivery team before the item is opened from the package for installation or before it is assembled. We operate a two days return Policy.

CAN I STILL RETURN AN ITEM AFTER IT HAS BEEN ASSEMBLED?

NO, all items must be returned in their original packaging, and unassembled.

We will not honor any returns on assembled items as we will deem it as “used”.

You are expected to confirm the materials and colors of any item purchased before giving a nod for an installation to our technicians.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

After an item is retrieved, we refund the full cost of eligible purchases by transferring the entire amount to your Nigerian bank account. We do not give cash refunds. All our refunds are processed through electronic funds transfer.

HOW LONG WILL THE REFUND PROCESS TAKE?

Once your item has been returned to our warehouse, it will take 5-10 working days to process your refund.

ARE THERE ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNABLE? 

Non returnable items:

  • Assembled and/or Modified items or out of original packaging
  • Custom made or special order items (Example: fabric changes)
  • Items without original packaging
